About

We built the thing
we wished we'd had.

IVF asks an enormous amount of your body. Almost no one talks about what it asks of the rest of you.

There are apps for tracking everything — follicles, injections, dates, dollars. There was nothing for the Tuesday afternoon when a friend's pregnancy announcement lands in your feed and the floor drops out. Nothing for the drive home after another negative test. Nothing for the relative who means well and says exactly the wrong thing.

Hajja is for those moments. It doesn't track anything or tell you what to do. It sits quietly in your pocket and, when you need it, meets you where you are with a steadier voice than the one in your head.

What it is

Three small things, done with care. Inner is for the hard moments — a breath to pace you and words that don't flinch. How to Say helps you find a reply when someone's words land wrong, in whatever tone you can manage that day. And a daily check-in that's one tap, no streaks, no scores — just an honest record and a kind word back.

The voice

We wrote Hajja the way a wise friend in your kitchen would talk — the one who's been through it, who doesn't say "stay positive," who acknowledges the feeling first and only then, gently, helps you take the next small step. No hype. No emoji. No fixing what isn't broken about you.

What it isn't

Hajja isn't a tracker, a coach, or a therapist. It isn't medical advice. It won't replace your clinic, your counsellor, or the friend who picks up at 11pm. If you are in crisis, please reach out to someone who can be there in person — in the US, you can call or text 988.

A note

If Hajja meets you on a hard afternoon, we've done what we set out to do. Write us anytime: hello@hajja.io.
